We generally ship all orders received by 4pm (EST) no later than the following business day. If for any reason we are out of stock for a particular item, you will be notified.
We will always act to make sure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. In no case shall we be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, we will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional fee for the shipment, provided we receive the package back from the shipping carrier.
