Makes: 2 Large Biscuits
Is it a bun? A bread? A biscuit? Whatever you call it, it is delicious.
1/2 Cup Wheat-Free Market Pizza Crust Mix
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
3 Tbsp butter
4 ounces Sour Cream
Dash of Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking powder
Your favorite herbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium-sized bowl, whip up the eggs, butter, sour cream, and baking powder, then add the mix, cheese, and herbs and blend well.
Divide into two 4.5 inch spring-form pans or ramekins and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. You could also dollop the mixture onto a lined sheet for into a muffin pan for smaller biscuits and bake for a shorter time.
