1 cup Wheat-Free Market Pizza Crust Mix
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk (or water)
2 large eggs
2 ounces pepperoni, chopped
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Extra pepperoni & mozzarella
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom and sides of an 8X8 pan (square or round) with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl blend the crust mix, Parmesan cheese, salt and Italian seasonings. Then stir in the butter, milk (or water), eggs, pepperoni and mozzarella until well incorporated. Using an angled spatula, spread the dough into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella and pepperoni if desired.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese begins to brown. Immediately sprinkle hot bread with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and with favorite marinara sauce.
