1 cup Wheat-Free Market All-Purpose Baking Mix
1 large egg, room temperature
2 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature
Scant 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
12 mini sausage links
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl blend baking mix, egg, butter and salt. Mix well. Using a heaping tablespoon measurement, place a scoop of the dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Roll out dough until it is about 1.5” inches wide and 3” inches long. Remove the top piece of plastic wrap and place mini sausage on one edge of the dough. Carefully roll the sausage into the dough, gently lifting the plastic wrap if necessary to get it started, and carefully transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bottoms just start to brown.
