Yogurt Parfait with Grain-Free Granola
Serves 1
Sometimes plain yogurt just isn't enough, and a little crunch along with a dash of fruit is all it takes to style-up your breakfast or dessert. Made in minutes, this beautiful parfait is sure to impress!
Ingredients:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat) or yogurt of choice
1/2 teaspoon Wheat-Free Market Sweetener
Fresh berries
2-3 tablespoons Wheat-Free Market Granola
In a small bowl, blend yogurt with sweetener. Next place a few berries in the bottom of a 6 or 8 ounce parfait glass. Top with half of the yogurt and then the granola. Finish off with remaining yogurt and top with more fresh berries. Enjoy.
