Cranberry-Orange Chutney
Serves 6


6 oz. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons water
Zest of 1 orange
2 tablespoons
Virtue Sweetener
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Add the cranberries, orange juice, water, orange zest and sweetener to a medium sauce pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until cranberries have burst. Stir in lemon juice. Taste for sweetness and adjust if needed. 

Serve warm or refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
