Janie's Chia Breakfast Pudding

Servings: 1

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon Virtue Sweetener (or to taste)
2 tablespoons whole chia seeds
¼ cup full fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Slow-Toasted Flakes “Cereal” or our Classic Granola
1 tablespoon of your favorite berries
In a small bowl mix together the almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener.  Stir well until the sweetener dissolves.  Then stir in the chia seeds, then the yogurt, and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated.   Transfer to a small serving bowl and top with the Slow-Toasted Flakes “Cereal” and berries, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate an hour or two or even overnight.
