Herbed Focaccia 

Serves: 4-6


Create an appetizer platter featuring this focaccia to convert your friends and family members to grain-free living!


Ingredients:

1 packet yeast (for optional flavor)

2 eggs

2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp olive oil

1-1/2 cups Wheat-Free Market's Pizza Crust Mix


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 in round pan or equivalent sheet.

Open a packet of yeast into about 3/4 cup warm water and let sit during preparation.
In a bowl, whip 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp butter, and 1 Tbsp olive oil until creamy.

Add 1.5 cups of the baking mix, the yeast, 1 tsp baking powder and any extra spices you desire into the mixture and mix well.

Spread in pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until it begins to become a golden brown. (In the last 5 minutes I removed it and brushed with olive oil and added rosemary on top and returned to the oven.)

Allow to cool for a few minutes and slice and remove.  Serve with olive oil with salt and pepper added.
