2/3 cup plus 2 tablspoons Wheat-Free Market Ginger Spice Muffin Makers Mix
½ teaspoon Virtue Sweetener
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line the bottom and sides of a loaf pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
In a medium bowl blend the muffin mix, sweetener, eggs, milk and butter. Spread the batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Carefully remove the "cake" onto a cooling rack and cut into 7-8 “sticks.” While still warm, toss sticks in a baggie of Cinnamon “Sugar.”
