Makes: 16 brownies
1 package Wheat-Free Market Brownie Mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup hot coffee (or water)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup unsalted butter
Ingredients (Cheesecake Swirl):
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Virtue Sweetener
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8X8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl blend brownie mix, eggs, coffee and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
In a separate small bowl, microwave butter with chocolate chips approximately 45 seconds or until chocolate has melted. Stir well and add melted chocolate mixture to brownie batter. Mix well and pour brownie mixture into prepared pan.
Prepare cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, egg, sweetener and salt in a small bowl. Blend until creamy. Dollop cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter then swirl mixture together using knife.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until center is almost set. Allow to cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
