Compound Butter Sampler

Chipotle Butter
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter or ghee, softened
2 teaspoons Wheat-Free Market Chipotle Hot Sauce

Garlic Serrano Butter
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter or ghee, softened
2 teaspoons Wheat-Free Market Garlic Serrano Hot Sauce

Chocolate Prebiotic Butter
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter or ghee, softened
2 teaspoons Virtue Chocolate Prebiotic Mix
¼ teaspoon paprika

Lemon Vanilla Prebiotic Butter
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter or unsalted ghee, softened
2 teaspoons Virtue Vanilla Prebiotic Mix
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon all spice or ground cloves or nutmeg


Directions:
For each compound, soften butter until it is of a mixable consistency but without melting. Thoroughly combine all ingredients until consistency is smooth. Place butter mixture in a small bowl or mold and let it cool or refrigerate to desired firmness.
