Ingredients:
3 parts Wheat-Free Market Ginger Spice Muffin Mix
1 part Wheat-Free Market Chipotle Hot Sauce*
½ teaspoon of lime juice for every 1 tablespoon of Wheat-Free Market Chipotle Hot Sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until consistency is smooth. Apply evenly to the surface area of the meat, chicken or seafood. Let sit under refrigeration for 15 min to 2 hours. Broil meat as desired.
Wet rub can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
* If Wheat-Free Market Chipotle Hot Sauce is too spicy, cut in half and replace remaining half with vinegar.
