Chipotle-Ranch Dressing and Cheese Crisps

Chipotle-Ranch Dressing:

Makes ¼ cup

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk or water
2-3 teaspoons
Wheat-Free Market Chipotle Sauce
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt

Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, Chipotle Sauce, dill and salt. Taste for salt and heat and adjust if needed.

Cheese Crisps

4 ounces of cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Place a piece of parchment paper (not wax paper) in microwave and top with slices of cheese, or place cheese on parchment paper on a cookie sheet in pre-heated 350F oven. Microwave for 40-50 seconds or bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese stops bubbling and starts to brown.

Carefully remove cheese with fork and allow it to further cool on a paper towel.  After about a minute or two, you can break the “croutons” into pieces and top your salad!
