¼ cup salted butter, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 large egg
1 cup Wheat-Free Market All-Purpose Baking Mix
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine butter, sour cream and egg until smooth. In a medium bowl, blend baking mix, salt and garlic powder. Add egg mixture and shredded cheese to dry mixture and blend until thick dough forms.
Using ½ tablespoon scoop, scoop dough onto prepared pan, at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm.
