Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl stir up 1 egg or pour some milk, or both. In another bowl, put in about 1/3 cup of
Wheat-Free Market All-Purpose Baking Mix.

One by one, dip each wing in the liquid and then lightly dredge in the mix, placing each one on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove the sheet from your oven, and using tongs, one by one coat them in a bowl containing about 1/2 to 2/3 of the bottle of Wheat-Free Market Wing Sauce.

Return the sheet with the sauce-coated wings to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until they are nicely browned.
