Buffalo Chicken Salad
2 ounces cream cheese
1-1/2 tablespoons Wheat Free-Market Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 tablespoons sour cream or mayonnaise
1 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast (leftover chicken breast from a baked chicken works great)
In a small bowl add cream cheese and buffalo wing sauce. Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Add sour cream (or mayonnaise) and chopped chicken. Stir well and taste for salt.
Serve with Crunchy Cheddar Pita Chips.
