1 cup Wheat-Free Market All-Purpose Baking Mix
¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons sour cream
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl combine baking mix, egg, salt, butter and sour cream. Stir until dough forms.
Using an ice cream scoop (1/4 cup measurement), scoop out 4 biscuits onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Gently press dough down and form into biscuits.
Bake for 13 minutes-15 minutes, or until bottoms are brown.
Slice biscuit with serrated knife and for best results place under broiler or in toaster oven until slightly brown. Top with butter or jam!
