Makes: 1 large waffle
¼ cup Wheat-Free Market Pancake Mix
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup almond or coconut milk
¼ cup Wheat-Free Market Granola, crumbled
3 strips bacon, cooked and diced
Preheat waffle iron on high setting. Mix the Wheat-Free Market Pancake Mix with the cinnamon. Add the milk and eggs and blend into a smooth batter. Then stir in the granola and bacon. Spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and let it cook a little longer than traditional waffles made with grains.
¼ cup berries (optional)
1 teaspoon water
½ teaspoon Wheat-Free Market Virtue Sweetener
Combine all ingredients to create a berries and simple syrup mixture to top the waffle. Simmer a bit on the stovetop if desired.
